Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Store Curiosity. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We will dispatch your item/s within 2-3 working days after your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Why does it take this long? Because quality takes time and we double-check all orders before shipping them. You will receive an email when you place your order and another when your item has dispatched to let you know it is on the way, so you'll know exactly what is going on. You can always track the status of your order through your order confirmation email to see what your order's status is and when will be delivered.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Our shipping times and shipping rates are listed in the "shipping page" easily accessible on the website.

    Please wait the above times before contacting us in relation to your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to look into it/contact the relevant postal service before these times.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Store Curiosity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
